What is live streaming?
Live streaming, or webcasting, is the broadcasting of your event over the Internet so that people can watch and listen to it from anywhere in the world. It is by far the most effective way to make your event accessible to a wider audience.
Live streaming is great for:
How does it work?
We give you a YouTube link to share through your social media and mailing lists allowing your viewers to access the upcoming live stream.
On the day of the event we set up our camera and audio equipment at the venue and, once the event has begun, begin live streaming the event in High Definition. We monitor the stream throughout the event, ensuring high video and audio quality is maintained for your viewers.
For multi-cam set-ups our experienced production team can switch camera angles throughout the event, with fade transitions, providing a dynamic viewing experience for your viewers just like on a live TV show. We can also display your company logo and any other graphics or information on top of the live stream as needed.
If the event features a slideshow presentation we can also feed that into the live stream as a full-screen image.
Your event coordinator/marketing officer can hop onto one of our laptops and monitor and respond to viewer comments in real-time, making for an interactive viewer experience.
Your live stream will be available for viewing directly after the event so your viewers don't necessarily have to 'attend' in real-time. Alternatively, allow us to produce a DVD or Blu-Ray of the event for your clients to purchase.
We can live stream any event, no matter how big or small. Packages start from only $400.00. For more details please give us a call on 0434 345 732 or submit a contact form and we'll get back to you with a quote.
